Our principles
How Heeded intends to operate when decisions become inconvenient.
A serious product needs principles that remain useful when growth, pressure, money, speed, or public attention makes compromise easier.
Truth before engagement
We would rather make a quieter product that helps people think than design dependence for the sake of usage numbers.
Formation before volume
More content is not automatically more useful. We prefer material that is coherent, reviewed, practiced, and connected.
Privacy deserves architecture
Journal entries, messages, life context, group conversations, and identity are responsibilities, not merely product data.
Competence matters
Faith does not excuse poor work. Practical disciplines should be taught deeply enough that people become more capable as well as more reflective.
No fake certainty
When Heeded does not know, has not launched, or has not completed a capability, the company should say so plainly.
No fake scale
We will not invent employees, advisors, testimonials, member counts, partnerships, certifications, or achievements to look larger.
The app is not the point
A useful session should help someone close the screen and live.
Power requires stewardship
Leadership, influence, data, community authority, moderation, money, and technology should be treated as responsibilities with consequences.
